Technology Officer

Ruben Spruijt (1975) studeerde Computer Wetenschappen in Ede en is sinds 2002 bij PQR werkzaam als Solutions Architect en vanaf begin 2010 als Technology Officer (CTO). In zijn functie richt hij zich primair op Enterprise Mobility, Virtualisatie en Cloud Management. Hij is actief betrokken bij het bepalen van de visie en strategie van PQR.

Ruben is Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP), Citrix Technology Professional (CTP) en VMware vExpert en is de enige Europeaan met deze drie virtualisatie-awards. Hij adviseert klanten en laat hen profiteren van zijn expertise, motiveert collega’s en schrijft regelmatig blogs, artikelen, opiniestukken en whitepapers. Op verschillende binnen- en buitenlandse congressen deelt Ruben in presentaties zijn opvatting en kennis van zowel applicatie- en desktopdelivery- als virtualisatie-oplossingen.

Ruben is de initiatiefnemer van PQR’s Solution Schema’s ‘Application and Desktop Delivery’ en ‘Data & System Availability’ en 'Cloud Management'. Tevens is hij mede-oprichter van de demo-omgeving van PQR www.Virtuall.nl en Project VRC (www.projectvrc.nl).
